FAQ – Buyers Questions + Answers

How do I contact sellers about items I’ve ordered?

When you shop on Giftlookout, you are directly buying from sellers.

Should you have any question, here are some questions you could ask.

  1. Can you inform me when item becomes available?
  2. Does this item come in a bigger size?
  3. Do you ship to a particular location?
  4. Do you offer any type of packaging or gift wrap?

Questions about your order

If you’ve placed an order or just want information, here are some questions you could ask.

1: I placed an order and I haven’t yet received it.

2: My item has arrived but it’s damaged

3: My order has arrived but it’s the wrong product.

We always advise buyers to email sellers directly. Once orders are placed you’ll receive all the information regarding that particular seller.

In the event a seller doesn’t respond to your email, please contact Giftlookout support team immediately via this hello@giftlookout.com quoting any order reference sent to you.

Buying on Giftlookout

To buy something on Giftlookout simply select the product you like, click on the blue “Add to Cart” button.

Items will be added to your basket. You can edit this basket at any time by either removing items or updating the order numbers.

Can I buy multiple products from any seller?

Yes, you can add as many products as you wish from as many sellers. Please note each seller will have different delivery times.

How much would it cost to deliver my items?

Our sellers will have detailed selling terms and conditions including delivery charges. Please enquire with the sellers if you are not sure.

Can I get a refund?

Should you place an order and not receive your items, we strongly advise you to contact the seller first. If after contacting the seller and no agreements reached to resolve the missing orders, then cancel the order and request a full refund. 

You can always claim for a full refund from your bank or PayPal.
